Notes

To make your own breaded chicken tenders (for a lot less calories) ⬇️

Season 250g chicken tenders in salt, pepper, 1 tsp garlic granules, 1/2 tsp onion granules and 1 tsp paprika. Dip into whisked egg then panko breadcrumbs. Air fry on 190C for 7 mins, flip, then again on 6-8 minutes or until cooked.
