I used the Ask Christina feature to offer a vegetarian alternative. The falafel were a great shout! Used a pitta pocket instead of flatbread and added a bit of garlic sauce - unreal! I'll try the chicken version another time, but can highly recommend both this swap and the Ask feature.

Made this last night - exactly what we needed in the heat this week. Didn't have sumac so did AskChristina and followed the suggestion of red wine vinegar in the salad. Whole thing was delicious - we might have it again tonight!
