Delicious dinner tonight! Two made as per recipe (apart from feta because I forgot it in the supermarket!) and one with halloumi for veggie hubby. Cooked the chicken and halloumi in the oven in the marinade-so delicious and juicy 😍 Love your recipes so much-yet to find one I don’t love!

Another tasty recipe. My pan seemed to burn the marinade so going to try in the air fryer next time. A second portion in the fridge ready for lunch tomorrow :)

Hey Dionne! 😊 Air frying sounds like a great idea to keep things crispy! Just be sure to check the chicken is cooked through x

I used the Ask Christina feature to offer a vegetarian alternative. The falafel were a great shout! Used a pitta pocket instead of flatbread and added a bit of garlic sauce - unreal! I'll try the chicken version another time, but can highly recommend both this swap and the Ask feature.

Made this last night - exactly what we needed in the heat this week. Didn't have sumac so did AskChristina and followed the suggestion of red wine vinegar in the salad. Whole thing was delicious - we might have it again tonight!
