Slow cooker honey-BBQ chicken fajita tacos

The easiest fajitas you will make as everything is made in the slow cooker. These are flavoured with honey and bbq sauce, stuffed into tacos and fried until crispy perfection.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add all ingredients to the slow cooker except for the tortilla wraps and cheese.

Step 2

Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6-7 hours.

Step 3

Stuff the cooked filling into the tortilla wraps along with the shredded mozzarella, then fold the wraps.

Step 4

Fry the folded wraps in a pan sprayed with oil on either side for a few minutes or until crispy.

Step 5

Optionally, spread with garlic butter before serving and enjoy.

Hey Zoe it should be pretty much the same time as the temperature would heat up in the same amount of speed no matter how much quality of foods you're putting in if that makes sense. Worth checking after around 2- 2 1/2 hour mark just in case though x
