Hey Joey! I don't use my fitness pal I actually use Nutracheck as I find it a bit more accurate. The calories will also differ based on the brand of ingredients, how lean the meat is and what supermarket you've brought it from.

Hey Sally! The Aldi one is the lowest calorie one I’ve found at 19 cals per tbsp!
