Honey-mustard pigs in blankets traybake

Here's a banging festive traybake to add to your meal pans! Pigs in blankets drizzled with honey, mustard and lots of veg then oven cooked until sticky and delicious.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Line a baking tray then scatter over the veg and potatoes if you don't forget like me!

Step 2

Spray or drizzle with oil, then season with mixed herbs, garlic granules, salt & pepper.

Step 3

Roll the stuffing into 6 balls then place on the baking tray, along with the pigs in blankets.

Step 4

Oven cook on 200C fan for 20 mins then flip the sage & onion stuffing balls.

Step 5

Mix the honey with mustard then drizzle over everything, concentrating on the pigs in blankets (as I love mine gloriously sticky!).

Step 6

Cook for a further 15 minutes or until everything is cooked.

Step 7

Serve with a drizzle of gravy.

Looks abit different to the recipe, but nice. Pigs in blankets were nice. Just needed thicker gravy, made it abit thin
