Step 1
Line a baking tray then scatter over the veg and potatoes if you don't forget like me!
Step 2
Spray or drizzle with oil, then season with mixed herbs, garlic granules, salt & pepper.
Step 3
Roll the stuffing into 6 balls then place on the baking tray, along with the pigs in blankets.
Step 4
Oven cook on 200C fan for 20 mins then flip the sage & onion stuffing balls.
Step 5
Mix the honey with mustard then drizzle over everything, concentrating on the pigs in blankets (as I love mine gloriously sticky!).
Step 6
Cook for a further 15 minutes or until everything is cooked.
Step 7
Serve with a drizzle of gravy.

I forgot to add the diced potatoes so don't forget like me and pre-boil them for 10 mins so they cook all the way through in the oven!

Looks abit different to the recipe, but nice. Pigs in blankets were nice. Just needed thicker gravy, made it abit thin
