Absolutely yummy ! The Katsu sauce was easy to make and will make some more next time to freeze , I made my own lime and coriander rice and didnโ€™t have lunch so had extra chicken , other half said it was the best in a little while , didnโ€™t know if that was a compliment ๐Ÿฅด๐Ÿ˜…
