Just had this for dinner tonight but was delicious. Other half loved it too! I also made my own lime and coriander rice purely because I don't like the packet rice 😂

Absolutely yummy ! The Katsu sauce was easy to make and will make some more next time to freeze , I made my own lime and coriander rice and didn’t have lunch so had extra chicken , other half said it was the best in a little while , didn’t know if that was a compliment 🥴😅
