To make your own breaded chicken tenders (much lower in calories) ⬇️
Season 250g chicken tenders in salt, pepper, 1 tsp garlic granules, 1 tsp paprika and 1/2 tsp dried parsley. Dip into whisked egg then panko breadcrumbs. Air fry on 190C for 7 mins, flip, then again on 6-8 minutes or until cooked.
