Unsurprisingly another great recipe! Doubled up the portions but too poor to afford 800g of diced beef lol so used ask Christina and went with the suggestion of using courgette with 400g diced beef Could tell there was less meat but still really tasty

This was so nice. I live by myself and struggle with meals etc and this recipe gave me tonight's dinner, a work lunch for tomorrow plus another large portion for another day. It's great for me, giving me motivation to eat better and save me some ££££'s. Amazing xxx
