The ingredients for 1 person says 1 red pepper and 1 yellow pepper. I’ve made it just for me and it seems like there’s too much pepper and not enough sauce. Is that quantity of pepper right for one person?

I’m just trying to count up the calories now for it to put in my app. I haven’t included everything yet and it’s already up to 688 calories but your nutrition says it’s 547? I don’t understand how you’ve got the calories so low?
