Delish I added walnuts and seeds to mine and used honey instead of maple syrup it's chewy and crunchy on bits.

My six year old and I had just made this for our breakfast tomorrow-great to be able to cook your recipes with him! Done in the oven and cacao substituted in for protein powder for the antioxidants. He insisted on adding chewy banana and white choc chips, we’ve been nibbling away…it’s heaven šŸ˜ (Sorry think I’ve double posted)

First batch of granola made, tasty but not too sweet. Will be pairing with milk chocolate chips or white chocolate chips, yogurt & drizzle if honey. Perfect šŸ‘Œ

Surprised that you can't taste the peanut butter at all. Would this work without the protein powder/cacao powder in my case to make a plain granola?

I used skinny golden syrup instead of the maple syrup and 50g of cacao powder as I don't use protein powder. It taste absolutely amazing. Got to stop myself eating the whole lot.

Didn't have jumbo oats or maple syrup so used standard porridge oats and honey instead.. Didn't come out visibly how yours does but still tasted yum! Have since been out today and purchased the correct oats and some maple syrup to give them a go properly!
