Hey lovely! So for this recipe I just make the full batch, weigh it once itā€™s cooled and after youā€™ve added the chocolate, then divide that number by 8 šŸ„° I canā€™t tell you the exact number as I canā€™t for the life of me remember šŸ¤£

Hey! A good replacement for egg white is apple sauce! Iā€™d start with 2 tbsps and if it looks similar in consistency to mine then leave it as that!
