My six year old and I had just made this for our breakfast tomorrow-great to be able to cook your recipes with him! Done in the oven and cacao substituted in for protein powder for the antioxidants. He insisted on adding chewy banana and white choc chips, weāve been nibbling awayā¦itās heaven š (Sorry think Iāve double posted)

Surprised that you can't taste the peanut butter at all. Would this work without the protein powder/cacao powder in my case to make a plain granola?

I used skinny golden syrup instead of the maple syrup and 50g of cacao powder as I don't use protein powder. It taste absolutely amazing. Got to stop myself eating the whole lot.
