I made the granola to have with fruit and yogurt. It’s beautiful. I’m not a fan of peanut butter but I can’t taste it 🄰

Soo glad you enjoyed it Tracey! Yess isn't it weird we can't taste the peanut butter in it!

You recommend different protein powders. Which is the best one? There are so many and they only come in huge bags and are expensive so I don’t want to waste them. Thanks 🄰

I used skinny maple syrup so thought I would have some pecans in mine and it was lovely definitively won’t be buying shop bought granola again , Thankyou !

Didn't have jumbo oats or maple syrup so used standard porridge oats and honey instead.. Didn't come out visibly how yours does but still tasted yum! Have since been out today and purchased the correct oats and some maple syrup to give them a go properly!

Hey Tracey! I haven't experimented with anything else than peanut butter im afraid - having said that, I reckon any nut butter would work!

Hey! A good replacement for egg white is apple sauce! I’d start with 2 tbsps and if it looks similar in consistency to mine then leave it as that!
