Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Mix the sauce ingredients together then set aside.

Step 2

Fry the beef in oil spray for a few minutes to brown.

Step 3

Crumble over the beef stock cube, ketchup or tomato puree, mustard and a dash of boiling water then leave to cool.

Step 4

Assemble the salad jars with the sauce at the bottom, then the beef, cheese and salad.

Yes they were really good! I think the sauce may have been a bit thick as it was reluctant to come out of the pot but really tasty. I’m going to try again!
