A great replacement for a Friday night takeaway. Asda didn’t have hash browns but I found “crispy potato slices” which turned out great.

Can't get enough of trying these amazing recipes. Another banging one that went down a treat. We decided to not have the hash brown and some fries with cajun spice on instead with extra sauce on the side as uts that good! 😋

Haha, thank you! I slice the potatoes, put them in a saucepan and pour boiling water from the kettle over them. Turn on the hob for 5-6 mins (NOT waiting for them to “boil” first) I then drain them and add to the air fryer. Spray with oil and put on for around 18 mins - taking them out and shaking them 3/4 times within the 18 mins. If you’ve got chip seasoning even better! 👌🏻
