KFC Zinger Supercharger Tower🍔

This was an absolutely BELTER guys! I gave it to James to taste test and the bite turned into the whole thing 🤣 I used chilli heatwave Doritos to mimic the zinger flavour, with a crispy hash brown, cheese and homemade supercharger sauce. What a burger 😮‍💨

Me, my husband and our 2 kids had this for tea tonight. Another family favourite, definitely recommend making the super charger sauce.

Haha, thank you! I slice the potatoes, put them in a saucepan and pour boiling water from the kettle over them. Turn on the hob for 5-6 mins (NOT waiting for them to “boil” first) I then drain them and add to the air fryer. Spray with oil and put on for around 18 mins - taking them out and shaking them 3/4 times within the 18 mins. If you’ve got chip seasoning even better! 👌🏻
