Swapped the corn for kidney beans because I mixed the tins up - I had defrosted 400g of chicken so I just cooked it all off and have been using the excess for wraps, this is my favourite kind of meal prepping!

What’s the calories if I took out the rice and used plain cous cous instead please

Hey Coral! Subbing couscous for rice should be roughly the same in calories for a regular portion. White rice is around 130 calories & Couscous is between 110–120 calories

Doesn't look the best as I used ready cooked chicken as needed using so just mixed the seasoning and lemon juice into it.. prepped and ready for tomorrow lunch ☺️

Shop sold out of Chipotle so used BBQ and a squeeze of honey instead to coat the chicken.
