One pan taco lasagne

Here’s a quick midweek meal idea that is basically a deconstructed lasagna with all the taco flavours. I topped it with Mexican toppings like guacamole, sour cream and lime, then crushed some Doritos for a banging crunch. The best part? This recipe massively saves on the washing up.

Lovely meal. I added a few carrots as had some left over from my daughter’s dinner plus some chilly flakes for some extra kick! will definitely cook again

Really filling and tasted lovely. No mushrooms in so substituted them with a green pepper. Will make again, maybe with more seasoning for extra kick next time!

Really nice recipe! I don’t think I had strong enough taco seasoning so it wasn’t as spicy as I was hoping but easily rectified for next time! Photo obviously before serving when we added salsa and tortilla chips on top.

Hannah, glad you enjoyed it! Spice does differ based on brands I find Gran Luchito taco seasoning on of the spiciest!

Didn't quite cook out the mix long enough so was a little soupy, but still super yummy!
