Lovely meal. I added a few carrots as had some left over from my daughter’s dinner plus some chilly flakes for some extra kick! will definitely cook again

Really filling and tasted lovely. No mushrooms in so substituted them with a green pepper. Will make again, maybe with more seasoning for extra kick next time!

Really nice recipe! I don’t think I had strong enough taco seasoning so it wasn’t as spicy as I was hoping but easily rectified for next time! Photo obviously before serving when we added salsa and tortilla chips on top.

Hannah, glad you enjoyed it! Spice does differ based on brands I find Gran Luchito taco seasoning on of the spiciest!
