I've seen this viral recipe everywhere on socials so I thought to put my spin on it for a healthier, high in protein and lower calorie version. Ready in less than 15 minutes and tasted just as good as the takeaway!! 🥵

Notes

TIP - to stop it from drying out, save the juices from when you unravel the kebab of the parchment paper. After grilling, pour the juices over the kebab so it regains any moisture lost from grilling!

Perfect Saturday fakeaway, we did do it with lamb mince at my boyfriends request and he absolutely loved it! Better than a takeaway 😋 absolutely delicious and perfect fakeaway 😍

Bit of prep required but oh my was it worth it! Absolutely delicious and felt like such a treat! I added minced garlic, oregano, pinch of S&P to my Greek yoghurt and skipped the garlic mayo. Also forgot the flatbreads so used a wrap instead. DELICIOUS
