TIP - to stop it from drying out, save the juices from when you unravel the kebab of the parchment paper. After grilling, pour the juices over the kebab so it regains any moisture lost from grilling!

It's under all that sauce haha! Found it a little dry but very tasty! Would make again using half beef and half lamb (I will take the extra calories)

Bit of prep required but oh my was it worth it! Absolutely delicious and felt like such a treat! I added minced garlic, oregano, pinch of S&P to my Greek yoghurt and skipped the garlic mayo. Also forgot the flatbreads so used a wrap instead. DELICIOUS

Love this — sometimes a little extra prep makes it even better! 😄 Your yoghurt mix sounds so good too, garlic and oregano is such a great combo. And a wrap works perfectly when flatbreads get forgotten! So glad you loved it 🙌

Made the kebab tonight using lamb mince as hubby wanted to compare with beef. This is definately a recipe I will be repeating. So much better than chippy 😋
