To make your own skin on fries: Slice 450g Maris Piper potatoes into skin on fries, soak for 30 mins in cold water, drain then dry. Spray with oil and season with salt, pepper, 1 tsp garlic granules and 1 tsp paprika. Air fry on 200C for 15-20 mins, turning every 5 mins until cooked through (if you have a two-basket air fryer use both).
