Leftovers festive Pie

What do you do with your leftovers (if you have any), make a festive pie! With everything you want inside including pigs in blankets, turkey, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce then topped with shortcrust pastry.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Make up your stuffing as per packet instructions, make into little balls and cook in the oven or air fryer until crispy (I air fry mine on 190C for 5 mins).

Step 2

Slice up the cooked turkey (or chicken) and place in an oven dish along with the frozen veg and pigs in blankets.

Step 3

Pour over the gravy then add dollops of cranberry sauce over the top.

Step 4

Place the shortcrust pastry over the top with a hole in the middle and brush over beaten egg.

Step 5

Air fry on 180C for 10-15 mins (or oven cook on 200C fan for 20 mins) and enjoy!
