Another brilliant meal, took a chance adding this to my meal plan as I wasn't sure my husband would like it but he was a huge fan. I marinated the chicken with your ingredients but also a little Chinese salt and pepper seasoning and we didn't use the bread crumbs to make it crispy, purely because it was being prepped and reheated, but regardless it was still beautiful and I will definitely try it crispy on a day I'm not working ๐Ÿคฃ
