Wow!! I was very surprised by this dish including the creamy sauce. I forgot to get beef stock cubes and only had chicken so ‘Asked Christina’ and she said the chicken ones would work just as well. She was right it was absolutely delicious. So if anyone is wondering you can use chicken stock cubes and it is still nice. I now need to compare it to the beef stock cubes soon.
