One pan marry me chicken lasagna

An easy midweek meal idea under 20 minutes, for those who crave a lasagne but without the faff. This one has all the marry me chicken flavours, with sundried tomatoes, spinach and a to die for creamy sauce.

Step 1

Spray a lidded pan with oil and fry the onion and chicken mince for 3-4 minutes until the onion has softened and chicken browned.

Step 2

Season with oregano, paprika, garlic granules, salt & pepper. Then add in the sundered tomatoes, tomato puree and minced garlic.

Step 3

Mix in the Philadelphia along with the chicken stock, stir well.

Step 4

Break up the pieces of lasagna sheets into the stock so they are fully submerged.

Step 5

Stick the lid on and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the pasta sheets are cooked, then stir in the spinach until wilted.

Step 6

Scatter over the mozzarella then place the lid for a few minutes to melt (you don't need the heat on for this).

Step 7

Finish with fresh basil, a grating of parmesan and optional garlic bread.

Yummy, I had to add some extra water to allow the pasta to cook so it took slightly longer than on the recipe but practice makes perfect for next time 👌
