Meatball marinara stuffed garlic bread baguette

A lovely lady called Ellie at my daughter's nursery gave me this idea. A garlic bread baguette stuffed with meatballs, covered in a banging homemade marinara sauce and topped with gooey mozzarella.

Cooked for dinner, and it was a hit! The children loved it as did I. Beautiful flavour and more than enough to satisfy all appetites. This was so simple to prepare and cook. It took me 15 min from start to finish

My boyfriend made this for us following the app… said it was one of the easiest teas to make 👏🏽. He had a full garlic baguette and I had half with some home made wedges and lettuce 😍

Delicious!! Made a batch with plant based ‘meatballs’ too. Had to do final cooking stage in the air fryer (have no oven) so caught slightly on the top. Family has asked for this again next week, only complaint is portion size apparently they could manage a whole garlic baguette as it was sooo good 🤣🤣🤣
