Meal prep - if your meal prepping these, wrap them individually in foil then stick them in the air fryer on 200C for 4-5 mins or until warmed through! If you fancy the brioche toasted, remove the foil and air fry on 180C instead so the brioche doesn't burn1

Used white powdered rolls as they were less calories than the brioche buns

Really enjoyed it but this came in at 420 Few tweaks 1 egg Muffin 1 slice cheese No butter Another egg would have made this near 490 cals . Can you share your ingredients to get this to the stated cals?

Hey Fiona of course! It might be the cheese, I find whenever I use Eat Lean its higher in protein but a lot lower in calories. I made a second one for my partner with Red Leicester and the calories were more 420!
