It was lovely, just didn’t like the way it didn’t include the instructions of the cooking of the rice to begin with as I had to put everything on hold in middle of the dinner, then wasn’t sure if it was 200g of cooked rice or uncooked rice, or 120g of cooked peas or raw peas but it was still a lovely meal just it has put the macros off as mine came in at 774kcal

Hey Caitlin, it looks lovely, so glad you enjoyed it! I wrote '100g dry Basmati Rice, cooked & cold' in the ingredients so when you had the cold rice ready to go, the method would tell you where to include it 🥰 Also ingredients vary in calories based on the brands and supermarkets, so adding the ingredients you used in your calorie calculator will give you the most accurate macros 🫶
