Can anyone help, making tonight. I’ve added all my ingredients up for one persons same as what the recipe is telling me, it says the meal is 455calroies but mine is all adding up to almost 600 calories? Where am I going wrong?

Wouldn't be a massive hit of this. Struggled with the sheets cooking, felt it could do with top ups but then it was too watery in the end, more than likely my bad way of cooking ha
