High protein one pan lasagna

Here's a different take on a lasagna that's high in protein, lower in calories and made in one pan so saves A LOT of washing up! Also great for meal prep as its only 455 calories per portion and tastes even better the following days ๐Ÿ™Œ

My photo is awful, as I batch cooked this for lunch for the week! So so easy to make and so much quicker than making a lasagne the traditional way!

This is a must of you can't be bothered with the faff and time it takes to make lasagne in the oven. So simple and the time saved for a quick and very tasty dinner! Banging

Another banger ๐Ÿ˜!! Love lasagne but I either need to prep it the night before or have it on the weekend. Literally took the mince out the freezer after work and rustle this up!! Donโ€™t think Iโ€™ll go back to the long, messy way!!! Thank you ๐Ÿฅฐ xx

Can this be made in the slow cooker instead? If so how long for at low! Thanks

Hey Katelyn sorry ive just spotted this! Yes you can, here's the recipe: Brown your mince, onions, mushrooms, and courgette first in a pan (so you get all that lovely flavour). Then tip them into your slow cooker along with the passata, beef stock cube, water (about 200ml), sugar, garlic granules, herbs, and season really well. Stir in your broken-up lasagna sheets - make sure theyโ€™re poked down into the sauce so they cook evenly. Pop the lid on and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours, or HIGH for 2 to 3 hours. About 30 mins before itโ€™s finished, spoon over your bรฉchamel and scatter the mozzarella. Pop the lid back on to let it melt! Sprinkle some fresh parsley before serving.

Hey Lysh! The calories will vary based on ingredients/brands/supermarkets! If you want, screenshot the list from your app so I can see what's different ๐Ÿฅฐ

Wouldn't be a massive hit of this. Struggled with the sheets cooking, felt it could do with top ups but then it was too watery in the end, more than likely my bad way of cooking ha
