My favourite burrito I've made to date. Tender strips of steak coated in chipotle, lime and honey stashed into a burrito with Mexican rice, grilled veg and the most banging homemade chipotle mayo to drizzle over.

Marinate the room temperature steak with chipotle paste, honey and lime juice then fry in a pan with spray oil for 2 1/2 minutes each side (for medium rare). Let it rest for 3-4 minutes before slicing.
