Notes

PLEASE READ: The size of the bowl matters!

If using a small, deep bowl/dish, cook it on 160C for 15-20 mins or until there's no more liquid. The smaller and deeper the bowl the more time it needs to cook!

If using a shallow, big dish then 180C for 16 mins should be spot on, but if not keep cooking it until a toothpick comes out clean.

Prep in advance - Let it cool completely before refrigerating it in an airtight container then microwave it when you’re ready to eat it for around 60-90 secs

Can I ask which plain flour you are using to make this please? I use nutracheck for my ingredients and for 30g of plain flour it is saying 23g carbs. Thanks x

Hey Emma! 😊 It’s just regular plain flour! I double-checked the calorie counter because the calories seemed really low for a recipe with flour in, and it turns out it had been missed off by mistake. I’ve updated it now so the calories and carbs are accurate — sorry about that! xx

I've tried lots of different pancake mixes over the years - this takes the top spot now! Used chocolate protein and topped with strawberries and orange. Gorgeous!

My raspberries burnt a bit .. I did 2 separate bowls, 1 square and 1 round both small enough to fit in air fryer but likely the same amount of depth and had to keep adding into air fryer again but then it burnt raspberries.. il find out in morning what it tastes like! 🤣🙈
