Hands down the best thing we've cooked this week. Will definitely make this again. Brilliant flavours.

Nawty! This was a hit. Would definitely make again, prepped the steak in my lunch break so slapped it on, added a few chippies to the air fryer. Chipotle flavours are a fave and the vinaigrette with the sweetness of the honest and tang of the rice wine was a touch!! I swerved the oregano as I’m not a fan personally so doubled up on the coriander (don’t @ me I bloody love it) I’ll will absolutely be making again 🤤

This was a massive hit with my partner, and I loved it as well. Will definitely make again. The vinaigrette was great. I air fried the quesadillas rather than pan fried as I find it helps them crisp. I’m hopeless at flipping them though. Also used diced beef shin and slow cooked it, the “Ask Christina” was helpful for that. Thanks!
