Meal prep done for my first week back at work - such an easy recipe! Although I used a cheaper version of feta and I’d probably recommend to use the normal stuff seeing as it’s one of the main flavours! Still yummy though!

I make the calories for this well in excess of 550 per portion? Looks yummy though!

Hey Hatty! The calories always depend on the brand and supermarket you go to. Mine came to 550 calories a portion with the brands I used, so subject to where you shop!
