Very tasty! I cooked off some onion, pepper, mushrooms and bacon medallions with the chicken to bulk it out, and used a mixture of no added sugar bolognese and passata. Bulk made five portions. Most time consuming thing was grating mozzarella! Any recommendation for a pre-grated low fat one please?

That looks amazing Ruth! The brand Eat lean is great as it’s super low in calories but double the protein to regular cheese 🥰

Thank you. I love Eatlean. It’s a shame that Aldi have stopped stocking much. I was looking for Kerry Low Low medium red and mozzarella mix but looks like it been discontinued? 😭
