This was incredibly quick and tasty. I used Itsu ramen broth.

I forgot to take a picture before I ate it but this was banging delicious! I cooked my ramen noodles in the chicken stock and it gave it a gorgeous taste and texture ☺️

As soon as I saw this recipe pop up I HAD to try it-I LOVE Korean chicken. It didn’t disappoint-so delicious and filling 😍 couldn’t figure out how much chicken stock to use so guessed at 300ml and was confused why there were two lots of soy sauce so put them all together 😊

Shelley, love that you couldn’t resist it — Korean chicken is a classic for a reason 😍 Glad it didn’t disappoint! Haha, mixing up the soy sauce sounds like it still worked out tasty in the end — love a little improvisation in the kitchen 😄
