Grilled chicken katsu curry

We had this for dinner last night and it was such a delicious, lighter twist on the usual crispy katsu recipe! It took less than 10 minutes to make since the chicken is grilled for extra speed, but still has that same comforting katsu sauce.

This was outstanding! So flavoursome! No coriander as the husband doesn’t like it and I forgot the pickled onions and black seeds 🤣🤣🤣🤣 anyway, was lush

Jayne, Aromat is a seasoning powder that's great for adding a savory, umami kick to dishes which can be found it most supermarkets. You could swap it out with a mix of salt, a bit of garlic powder and onion powder if you prefer :)

The recipe mentions flour but I can’t see this in the ingredients list? Am I misreading or has this been accidentally missed out? X

Emmie A, thanks for catching that, all updated! The flour is needed to make the katsu sauce thick! x
