Chicken tikka masala one pan rice

This was a recipe I developed for M&S using their new curry kits (which are FAB by the way) that I couldn't want to share with you all. It had so much flavour and made an Indian salad to serve with it, then drizzled it with mint yogurt and served with mango chutney.

Notes

If you don't get your hands on the M&S Dip Selection for the mint yogurt, just mix 1 tsp mint sauce with a few tbsps of natural yogurt and serve with mango chutney!

We made this last night… absolutely delicious! It doesn’t say in the instructions when to add in the single cream… so I just copied off the m and s box ☺️

This was absolutely delicious. I couldn't get to Marks and Spencers to get the kit prescribed. So I got one from Tescos. Think it was slightly different as it was a paste rather then dry rub - but still easy and satisfying!

Really good idea Emma! I'll be posting a similar recipe where you don't need the kit soon. So you can use the ingredients you've got at home!
