5 ingredients slow cooker chicken tikka curry

This had soo much flavour I couldn't quite believe it with mimimum ingredients. The Tikka curry paste has all the herbs and spices you need for this, then I added onions and peppers, diced chicken and additional of coconut milk to make it creamy.

Very nice, served with peas and whole grain rice. Used a korma paste so that it wasn’t too spicy for my children, even though I would’ve preferred it spicier

Hey Elaine - mine is showing as 1 chicken stock for 3 servings! Are you increasing the serving size? That might be what's increasing the stock amount. I'd leave it as 1 stock cube unless your doubling the recipe then add 2!
