As you guys LOVED my other scrambled oats recipe, here's another one with sliced fresh strawberries and a good drizzle of biscoff spread 🥵 Essentially it's soft granola, but warm! It goes sooo well with a big dat dollop of Greek yogurt & fruit!

Hey Alexis! 😍 Sorry to hear your oats turned out soggy. A little tweak: make sure your pan is hot enough before adding in the oat mix and don't forget to give it a little longer in the pan next time until it's really dark brown. Don't take the oats off the heat until they crisp up. If you give it another go let me know how it turns out! 💪

A very compromised version as today is food shop day but my god it’s soooo good! I used a Light & Free toffee yogurt, crunchy biscoff but no fruit and I had to substitute oats for an oat pot that I sieved the oats out of 😂 🤦🏼‍♀️ luckily I had over ripe bananas! 🍌absolutely bloody delicious! And so fulfilling!

Wasn’t sure I’d like this when I dished it up, but it was so yummy (even with grapes, I had no strawberries!). Really great alternative to baked oats when I’m pushed for time 🙂
