Used purely Mozzerella just because I’m yet to find a nice dairy free cheese! P.s Mozzerella doesn’t effect me.

Delicious. I didn’t put mine in the oven, as I assembled mine for lunch this week. I also added mushrooms to mine. Great way to bulk up the veg.
