The video has onion but the recipe doesn't - is it optional?

Hey Sally so I made this twice recently. Once with onion and once without, both worked well but I prefer the onion for extra flavour. I've just updated the recipe to add the 60g onion x

I had to omit the peppers etc because my husband doesn't like them so we paired it with brocolli. Its really tasty and so quick and easy to make. Definitely doing it again!

My husband just made this and it was really nice. The only problem was, was there wasn't enough pasta so had to add more. Other than that it was a big hit.

Yes!!! Clean plates all round, my kids loved it!! So quick, easy and tasty!!! I had to use a stock cube, that’s why I think it’s lacking the colour but the taste was there!! 😍
