For the bolognese, add the passata, beef stock, black pepper, mixed herbs, bay leaf, garlic granules & sugar along with 250ml of boiling water. Mix well and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the water has evaporated then remove the bay leaf.
Swap the lettuce to whatever you fancy, but the bolognese has plenty of veg in so you can leave it out all together or just spread the béchamel over two corners!
