This was so simple but very flavorful. I did find the Boursin sauce to be a little salty with the whole stock cube. Next time I will use a reduced salt stock cube.

Thanks for the feedback Rebecca! I usually add either a squeeze of lemon juice or tsp white rice vinegar to balance out the saltiness x

⭐ Really tasty, super quick and easy to make — and enjoyed by the whole family! 🥰 A lovely alternative to a traditional Sunday lunch. The crispy chicken with creamy sauce worked perfectly with the mash and vibrant veggies. Definitely one to make again!
