Shredded hoisin chicken fakeaway

If you love duck & pancakes from the takeaway, give this recipe a go. Chicken is cheaper and cooks quicker than duck, shred it and coat it with loads of hoisin sauce. Serve it on egg fried rice and its a belter of a fakeaway!

Added a little siracha sauce to the hoisin on the chicken and a few chilli flakes for a little kick of heat. And sesame seeds for garnish. Another hit in our house. 👌
