I liked the flavour but I’m not sure I like the texture of chicken mince as a burger, might try this with beef next time.

Easy to prepare and enjoyed by the children who don’t eat beef burgers, swapped cheese slices for cheddar for children also. I will flatten the patties more next time so the stack better!
