They didn’t look the prettiest but oh man these tasted divine! Cooked in oven and think should have left them in another few mins to get a bit more colour and crispier but the taste was heaven!

Can you do this without an air fryer?

Hey Shelley yes you can! Just line a baking tray with parchment, spread your crumpet pieces out and bake at 200°C (fan 180°C) for about 10-12 minutes. Give them a flip halfway so they get crispy all over! Then just toss with your cinnamon-sweetener mix and enjoy. Let me know how they turn out!
