I followed the instructions and I cook the chicken for 4 minutes on each side and it was still raw from inside so I had no choice but to finish off in the air fryer so I don't think four minutes is going to be suffice on each side unless you Mallet the chicken and make it flatter

Also there is mention of spring onions in your ingredients list, now I dont have to use as a garnish ๐ญ

Hey Ayesha thanks for your feedback! How hot was your pan? Mine is done in 4 minutes - I cook it on a medium/high heat and leave it to rest for 4 minutes before slicing and it's super juicy but cooked through. I've updated the recipe to be more specific :) thanks again x

Very tasty! I only had diced chicken thighs in the fridge though rather than breasts so it didn't shred as well as it should. Still delicious though! Xx
