I used the 'Ask Christina ' to substitute the lime and it worked great with the rice vinegar instead. Really tasty. I threw in peas and spinach for a bit of veg.

My partner saw this and asked for it to be on the meal plan after having it at an all you can eat chinese buffet! He demolished the lot within what felt like minutes ๐Ÿคฃ safe to say this will be on a meal plan again ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Hey Daisy! If you want it saucier, add a dash of boiling water which loosens the peanut butter to stretch the sauce out more :)
