I love using Aldi reduced-fat sausages as they have soo much flavour! But if you use blander sausages that need more flavour, add a pinch of rosemary or mixed herbs to the sausages while they cook for an extra flavour boost!

Ahh forgot my parsley 🤦🏽‍♀️ just to note when I increased the portion to 3 people, in the method it still only says pour in 100ml stock in instead of 300, I had to use my little bit of common sense 🤣 nice dish though I think it would of been better with an extra stock cube if increasing the liquid x

Hey Hannah thanks for your feedback and glad you liked it! Unfortunately the method won't change, it's the ingredients list that has the automation to change qualities. SO what I'll do is a put a note on it to say if increasing to 3/4 people add another stock cube. Thanks! 💕

Even if the method said add stock instead of having the amount next to it, would make me go back to see the amount! But I get that the method is based on the original qty 😬🩷

First time cooking this! LOVE it! I cooked the gnocchi separately so they can be very crispy as my husband otherwise finds them rubbery! I added them right at the end in the sauce and it really worked. Gave it a little bit of a crunchy texture!

If Niki doesn't see this Emily I spray them with oil and air fry them on 200C for around 10 minutes, shaking half way and spraying with more oil. Sometimes I season them with salt & pepper too!
