YUMMY! This is so good, thank you for the tip to cook gnocchi first to make crispy 😍. Can I just check this would be okay to re-heat the next day?

GET IN so glad it turned out well! Love crispy gnocchi. Yes it'll reheat really well, the gnocchi won't be as crispy but still tasty!

This was gorgeous however I felt the 100ml liquid wasn't enough I did have to keep topping it up to cook well

Really glad you enjoyed it Eibhin and thanks for the feedback! I'll add it to the notes of the recipe so people are away you may need a little more liquid :)

First time cooking this! LOVE it! I cooked the gnocchi separately so they can be very crispy as my husband otherwise finds them rubbery! I added them right at the end in the sauce and it really worked. Gave it a little bit of a crunchy texture!

Hi Niki, hope you don’t mind me asking. How did you cook your gnocchi to be crispy? 😊

If Niki doesn't see this Emily I spray them with oil and air fry them on 200C for around 10 minutes, shaking half way and spraying with more oil. Sometimes I season them with salt & pepper too!

It was a little bland maybe using a different sausage may have improved the taste

Hey Fiona! I recommend Aldi reduced-fat sausages has they have sooo much taste! or if you use sausages with less flavour, add a pinch of mixed herbs or rosemary for more flavour 🥰

Loooooved this!! Use a Cumberland for more taste too. (I do think you left out when to add the paprika and garlic in but I just chucked it in whilst cooking the onions and peppers).
