Salt & Pepper Chicken Potatoes

Anything salt & pepper Im seriously addicted to, but instead of serving it with your usual chips I went for crispy potatoes instead and a drizzle of Chinese curry sauce… just WOW 😮‍💨

Hey! I always meal prep this then reheat it in the air fryer to get it all crispy again. You can use the microwave but it doesn’t go crispy Elena 🥰

I made it too but I can’t master cornflour to coat chicken without making a total mess and either using too much so it stays white or using too much egg so it goes soggy! Gona do it without cornflower next time!

Hey Zoe! My advice based on that would either be to coat all the diced chicken at the same time with the egg then dip each piece of chicken into the cornflour. OR place the cornflour into a zip freezer bag, place the chicken in it after coating in egg!
