Lovely dish and relatively easy to make. I definitely need to work on making the bechamel sauce as i think it was a little lumpy and way too thick. Made some home made garlic bread for the side

Hey Sarah - looks lush! I recommend using a whisk and very gradually adding the milk so there's less lumps. If its too thick add a dash more milk x

Guessed about cooking off onion, chicken and mushrooms. Made enough for 4 thinking there would be left overs…my boys literally scrapped the dish clean 😆

Samm, love that 😆 Sounds like your boys gave it the ultimate review if the dish was scraped clean! Glad the guesswork paid off and it went down so well

What a wonderful creamy pasta dish, it was absolutely delicious 😋 I doubled up to make 4 servings and served it with a salad. Utterly delicious will definitely make it again.

Doubling it for extra portions is always a smart move! So happy you enjoyed it — and even better that it’s one you’ll be making again 😋
