Meal prep heat up - I like to wrap mine in foil and place in the air fryer and cook on 200C for 6-7 minutes or until heated through!

Loved the mayo pesto! Switched the cheese to protein shredded cheese for extra protein

I tweaked the recipe slightly, so looks a little differen. I added pesto to left over chicken mince I used last night and prepped the chicken beforehand. Cooked the eggs in air fryer with dried basil as didn't have fresh. Went down a treat thank you!
