Meal prep heat up - I like to wrap mine in foil and place in the air fryer and cook on 200C for 6-7 minutes or until heated through!

Haven’t actually tried yet as I have meal prepped for breakfast this week so taste test pending but they look so yummy!! Swapped tomato’s for yellow pepper!

Loved the mayo pesto! Switched the cheese to protein shredded cheese for extra protein

I tweaked the recipe slightly, so looks a little differen. I added pesto to left over chicken mince I used last night and prepped the chicken beforehand. Cooked the eggs in air fryer with dried basil as didn't have fresh. Went down a treat thank you!
