Speedy chicken curry jacket potato

Comforting, fast and TASTY. This is another recipe I had for lunch this week (so no step by step video) but HAD to share - chicken curry loaded onto a crispy potato with mozzarella, spring onions and my favourite.... crispy onions!!

Stick the potato in the microwave for 5 minutes then place in the air fryer, spray with oil and air fry on 200C for 10 minutes or until super crispy.

Hey Mandy yes I always have some in my freezer for convenience as they're ready in 5 mins. Then I whack it in the air fryer with spray oil to crispen up xx
