Cooked 3 meals since Saturday and got all of your books food tastes so lovely feel like I’m cheating I cooked steak peppercorn sauce and potatoes and cheeses peri chicken pasta and Singapore noodle the only trouble is adding ingredients to fitness pal to create a meal a bit tricky

Sooo glad you're loving them!! Have you used the meal prep plans function yet? I'll add more things like snacks etc but you won't need Myfitnesspal as you can do it all on here! The calories are worked out for you based on what recipes you pick x
