Step 1
Start by cooking the chips as per packet instructions, but I like to cook this sized portion of chips in the air fryer for 8-10 mins.
Step 2
Fry the beef mince in low calorie spray for a few mins to brown then add the tomato puree, mustard, 1/2 beef stock cube and a dash of boiling water.
Step 3
Give it all a good mix then add the cheese on top and cook on high for around a minute to melt the cheese (use a lid to steam melt it if needed) or place under the grill.
Step 4
Heat the flatbread either in the air fryer for a few mins or under the grill (if you have a gas stove, heat it on the flame for extra flavour!).
Step 5
Then simply pile up the flatbread with the sliced lettuce, the cheesy beef, cooked chips, onion and gherkins.
Step 6
Finish off with a good drizzle of burger sauce and dive right in.

Followed you a while on Instagram and FB. Finally decided to try a recipe and oh my goodness! I was so impressed. Absolutely delicious. Even the husband agrees and he hates it when I normally serve him 'diet' food!

Hey Rachael! The Deli Kitchen ones are great as they’re lower in calories than others, or M&S Greek Style flatbreads which taste amazing but higher in cals!
